I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to the following: 1. Voluntary Submission I am voluntarily submitting this application to Violet Crown Media, Inc. (“VCM”) to be considered for one or more current or future television, streaming, digital, film, podcast, branded content, or other media projects. 2. Consent to Collect and Store Information I authorize VCM to collect, review, store, maintain, and use the information and materials I provide, including but not limited to my application responses, photographs, videos, audio recordings, social media information, contact information, and biographical information. I understand that VCM may retain my information for current and future casting opportunities unless I request its removal, subject to applicable law. 3. Permission to Record If I am contacted for a phone, virtual, or in-person interview, I consent to being audio and/or video recorded. I understand these recordings are for casting, development, evaluation, and presentation purposes and may be reviewed by VCM, production companies, networks, studios, streaming platforms, or other authorized development partners. 4. Permission to Use My Likeness I grant VCM permission to use my name, voice, image, likeness, photographs, video recordings, biographical information, and any materials I submit (“Likeness”) for casting, development, evaluation, and project pitching purposes. I understand these materials may be edited, copied, shared, and presented to potential production partners, broadcasters, streaming services, sponsors, advertisers, and other parties involved in evaluating or producing media projects. 5. Ownership of Materials I understand that any interviews, recordings, photographs, applications, notes, or other materials created during the casting process become the property of VCM. 6. Accuracy of Information I certify that all information I provide is truthful, accurate, and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand that providing false or misleading information may result in my removal from consideration. 7. No Obligation I understand that submitting this application does not guarantee an interview, selection, casting, production, or compensation. VCM has no obligation to cast me, produce any project, or use any materials submitted. 8. Confidentiality If I receive confidential information regarding a project during the casting process, I agree not to disclose it without VCM’s prior written permission. 9. Release of Claims To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless VCM, its employees, officers, contractors, affiliates, clients, successors, licensees, assigns, and production partners from any claims arising out of or relating to my participation in the casting process or the use of my submitted materials or Likeness as authorized by this Agreement. 10. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through confidential binding arbitration in Travis County, Texas, in accordance with the rules of JAMS. I waive any right to participate in a class or representative action. 11.
